Diamond Glass (A Brand of Diamond Collective)

Welcome to the Diamond Glass website, a brand owned and operated by Diamond Collective, registered in Singapore. These Terms and Conditions (“”T&C””) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services, including our on-site consultation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

  1. General Conditions
    1. Governing Law: These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
    2. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, logos (including the Diamond Glass and Diamond Glide™ logos), and text, is the property of Diamond Collective and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
    3. Quotations: All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is subject to precise on-site measurement, design confirmation, and material costs at the time of project confirmation. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
  2. Site Measurement and Consultation Service
    1. Site Visit Fee: A fee of S$30.00 (or the current quoted amount) is required as an upfront payment to book and confirm a Site Measurement and Consultation appointment. This payment covers the time, travel, and expertise of our specialist.
    2. Non-Refundable: The upfront Site Visit Fee is generally non-refundable unless Diamond Collective cancels the appointment.
    3. Credit for Confirmed Projects: The Site Visit Fee will be fully deducted and credited against the final invoice amount upon confirmation and signing of a complete installation contract for the glass door project discussed during the consultation. If the project is not confirmed, the Site Visit Fee is retained by Diamond Collective as payment for the professional consultation and measurement services rendered.
    4. Cancellation/Reschedule: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us may result in the forfeiture of the Site Visit Fee.
  3. Product Customization and Specification
    1. Custom Orders: All our products (including glass doors, shower screens, and mirrors) are fully customizable and manufactured to your unique specifications and measurements taken during the site visit.
    2. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for confirming all final specifications, including dimensions, glass type (e.g., Clear, Tinted, Frosted), hardware colour (e.g., Chrome, Black), and frame type, prior to the commencement of manufacturing.
    3. Changes to Orders: Changes requested after manufacturing has commenced may be subject to additional charges and may extend the lead time. Diamond Collective reserves the right to reject changes that are technically or materially unfeasible.
    4. Warranties: All installed products come with a limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. The specific terms and duration of the Warranty will be clearly stated in your final contract. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    1. Diamond Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
    2. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total contract price paid by the Client to Diamond Collective for that specific project.
